Passive Effect[edit | edit source]
- Passively grants the Magical Mind and Flow Of Magic Buffs.
- Upon creation and then every 5 turns, your Dark Wand is charged with a random Dark Spell. If you do not have a Dark Wand, the Turns until Spell will continue to tick down and then stay on 1 until your next Effects Phase after gaining a Dark Wand.
