White House Fountain

White House Fountain is an event that can be reached with the Wildcard: Flavor Events Neutral Effect from the [The White House Fountain] option of Wildcard: Flavor Events or from the [A card picturing dancing streams of water.] option in Cards Of Fate. It can also simply be a random event.

In the event:

• If the [Let's fish!] option is chosen without having the Sneaky Buff: You become Incapacitated.
• If the [Let's fish!] option is chosen while you have the Sneaky Buff:You don't become Incapacitated.
• If the [Let's fish!] option is chosen without having the Fisherman feat: 1 item is gained.
• If the [Let's fish!] option is chosen while you have the Fisherman feat: 2 items are gained.

• The items which can be caught in the White House Fountain include all the items in the generic Fish item-givers pool, Hypnotoad, Beer, Boots, Bucket, Horn, Old Tire, Potion, Radio, and Time Travel Condom.

• If the [Leave] option is chosen): You simply leave the event.

• A Bucket can be filled with water on the first page of the event only.
• A Camera can be used to gain 20-40 Rupees on the first page of the event only.

Notes

• In games with achievements enabled, players using permanent accounts can only find rare fish/Hypnotoad in the fountain for which they have the corresponding fishing-related achievement found under Fishing Pole under Items. ("Hashtags" can still catch any type of rare fish in the fountain in such games.)
• In games with achievements disabled, all players can catch any type of rare fish in the fountain.
• A Three-Eyed Fish can be found in the fountain without the Radiation Global Effect applying.

White House Fountain
You stand in front of the fountain of the White House! Oooh, what's that? A free Fishing Pole! That gives you an idea... let's fish in the fountain! There must be some very rare and exotic fish in there! [Let's fish!][Leave] Fill your Bucket:

• Upon selecting the [Let's Fish!] option without the Sneaky or Fisherman feats:

Go Fish!
You start to fish in the fountain. The Secret Service agents that patrol the garden haven't noticed you yet, but it's only a matter of time... [ItemImage] You catch a X! Wow! Great job! Uh oh... a guard catches you, incapacitates you and throws you out! Damn... you weren't sneaky enough! [Continue]

• Upon selecting the [Let's Fish!] option with both of the Sneaky and Fisherman feats:

Go Go Go Fish!
You start to fish in the fountain. You're being pretty Sneaky, so the Secret Service agents that patrol the garden don't even notice you. [2ItemImages] You catch a X and, because you're a Fisherman, you also catch a Y! Wow! Great job! [Continue]
