"Insert A Rupee" to give this item 3 random category choices from the following options: Drinks, Explosive, Food, Jewelry, Living, Mechanical, Negative, and Plants; this use of Vendroid is always available; this use doesn't normally put the Vendroid on cooldown if "Insert A Rupee" is the only option currently on the Vendroid, but it does if other options are on it; this use will remove all other existing options on the Vendroid if there are any. (If you attempt to "Insert A Rupee" while you have 0 Rupees, nothing occurs besides this item going on cooldown.)

You can choose 1 of the 3 category choices to remove the 3 choices from the Vendroid and replace them with choices of 4 random items from the item pool corresponding to your choice; this use doesn't put the Vendroid on cooldown. The category choices correspond with item pools as such:

You can choose 1 of the 4 item choices to pay an amount of Rupees equivalent to the item's "standard shop price" (min. 2 Rupees) to gain the item and remove the 4 choices from the Vendroid. (If you attempt to buy an item while you have insufficient Rupees, nothing occurs besides this item going on cooldown.)

ACME Magnet; In addition to attracting the Vendroid, it has a chance to Incapacitate you.
