The Genetic Research Lab
The Genetic Research Lab is an event that can be reached from the [A card picturing bubbling liquids.] option in Cards Of Fate. It can also simply be a random event.
In the event, you can choose to pay 15 Rupees for one of four Races or simply leave the event.

Upon encounter:

 You enter the Genetic Research Lab and are welcomed by famous scientist Chaska Redfeather.

Upon selecting a Race without 15 Rupees:
| Not Enough Money |

| "My services are worth every Rupee. Unfortunately, you can't afford them!" says doctor Redfeather and uses one of his robot arms to throw you out.

Upon selecting a Race with at least 15 Rupees:

Doctor Redfeather grabs you with a robot arm and sticks you into a vat containing a green liquid. You pass out, and when you regain consciousness you have become a [Race]!

| "Too narrowminded, I see. A pity. I could've fixed that with the genes of a more openminded race..." says doctor Redfeather and uses one of his robot arms to throw you out.
