Upon encounter from Reference Time!:
Upon encounter from using the Sonic Screwdriver before becoming the Doctor's companion or after solving the Weeping Angel Mystery:
Upon saying yes to the Doctor:
It's... Bigger On The Inside! |
---|
'I know. I love hearing it, though! So, what will it be then? Where would you like to go? All of time and space to choose from!'
|
Upon choosing [Become the Doctor's companion!]:
The Doctor's Companion |
---|
'Ahhh, right, excellent! You see... there's this... thing... It's bothering me.'
|
Upon continuing from The Doctor's Companion:
The Weeping Angel |
---|
'Right then! There's something strange going on, but I don't know where and I don't know when. Actually, I'm not even sure what! The measurements are off the scale though and that... thing that goes whoosh stopped going whoosh and that's never a good thing. Someone is using time manipulation here. I've got nothing to back this up, but my guts are telling me this is the work of Weeping Angels. Or better yet... a single Weeping Angel.'
|
Upon continuing from The Weeping Angel (initial):
The Weeping Angel |
---|
'Listen to me. This is extremely important. I need to locate this Weeping Angel, but I haven't a clue where or when to look. The TARDIS did bring me to you, though, so that's bound to mean something. She's clever like that.'
|
Upon continuing from The Weeping Angel (secondary) or from using the Sonic Screwdriver before giving the correct location:
The Weeping Angel |
---|
The Doctor walks around nervously, checking some monitors and occasionally playing with a bouncy ball.
|
Upon giving an incorrect location in The Weeping Angel (tertiary):
Not Quite |
---|
You tell the Doctor what you know.
|
Upon saying you've got no idea in The Weeping Angel (tertiary):
The Weeping Angel |
---|
'She's using advanced technology to hide her whereabouts. Or wait... maybe it's ancient technology?'
|
Upon giving the correct location in The Weeping Angel (tertiary):
The Haunted Mansion |
---|
'The Haunted Mansion? Of course, at the Graveyard! Not only does it seem like a likely location for a Weeping Angel to hide, but it also corresponds with these readings! Oh, PlayerName! I could kiss you right about now! Let's go!'
|
Upon continuing from The Haunted Mansion (initial):
The Haunted Mansion |
---|
The TARDIS materializes at the Haunted Mansion's Graveyard. You step out of the TARDIS and... well, you'll be damned! There's no Weeping Angel! And you were so sure there was one.
|
Upon encounter from the Sonic Screwdriver after giving the correct location but before unlocking The Secret Room:
The Haunted Mansion |
---|
'I did find traces of the Weeping Angel at the Graveyard, but there was still no clue as to where the Angel is hiding. You should investigate the rest of that place! Allons-y!'
|
Upon using a Sonic Screwdriver to unlock the Secret Room:
Sonic Lockpicking |
---|
If there's one thing you know about Sonic Screwdrivers, it's that they're excellent lockpicking equipment! You aim your Sonic at the lock and it starts to make a whirring noise.
|
Upon entering the Secret Room for the first time from Sonic Lockpicking (without Arcane Vision):
Upon entering the Secret Room for the first time from Sonic Lockpicking (with Arcane Vision):
Upon encounter from the Sonic Screwdriver after entering The Secret Room without Arcane Vision before giving the correct answer in A Matter Of Perception (initial) OR upon encounter from the Sonic Screwdriver after reaching the Still Weird subevent below (both of the 2 before entering the Secret Room again with Arcane Vision directly from the First Floor in The Haunted Mansion):
A Matter Of Perception |
---|
The Doctor seems both frustrated and enthusiastic at the same time.
|
Upon giving an incorrect answer in A Matter Of Perception (initial):
Not Quite |
---|
You tell the Doctor what you know.
|
Upon saying you have no idea in A Matter Of Perception (initial):
A Matter Of Perception |
---|
'The design of this Perception Filter has to be extraordinary! I can't wait to get my hands on whatever's behind this! It reminds me of the Perception Locks made by the Arcane Masters of Gallifrey.'
|
Upon giving the correct location in A Matter Of Perception (initial):
Arcane Vision |
---|
'Arcane Vision? I've read about ancient Rings with such power! I assumed they were fables, but most fables have solid roots in reality. Hmmmmm. I know just who can help us with this!'
|
Upon continuing in Arcane Vision:
Dorium Maldovar |
---|
The TARDIS materializes at some kind of tavern, possibly in space and probably in the future. Behind a table you see a fat, blue humanoid alien with a smug smile on his face. He seems quite happy to see the Doctor.
|
Upon continuing in Dorium Maldovar (initial):
Dorium Maldovar |
---|
After a short talk Dorium Maldovar turns himself to you. On his table lie several items.
|
Upon selecting an item in Dorium Maldovar (secondary):
Ring Of Arcane Vision/Magic Carrot |
---|
You point at the Ring Of Arcane Vision/Magic Carrot. Dorium smiles and nods gently.
|
Upon continuing without having Arcane Vision after receiving Dorium Maldovar's item:
Still Weird |
---|
![]() You enter the weird cow themed Secret Room again. Apparently the Perception Filter the Doctor was talking about is still in effect.
|
Upon continuing while having Arcane Vision after receiving Dorium Maldovar's item:
Upon continuing from Perception Filter Penetrated:
The Weeping Angel Interface |
---|
[ItemImageSilhouette] Alright, then! You accidentally touched a button on the console panel and managed to display a weird image on the screen. You see a lot of purplish wiggly things, but... it looks like there's something in there. Damn, it's hard to make out!
|
Upon continuing from The Weeping Angel Interface:
Leave |
---|
'I'm going back to the TARDIS to think this over. Contact me if you know more!'
|
Upon encounter from the Sonic Screwdriver after leaving The Weeping Angel Interface (unless the mystery's been finished through The Haunted Mansion):
The Weeping Angel |
---|
'There's something weird about that Weeping Angel computer. I can't quite put my finger on it. It's like the Angel is still in the room, but... different. Let's inspect it some more! Allons-y!'
|
Upon continuing from The Weeping Angel (directly above):
Upon using an item in The Weeping Angel Interface:
Success |
---|
You grab your X and hold it against the screen. The machine immediately responds by absorbing it!
|
Upon continuing from Success:
The Restored Angel |
---|
'I was all wrong. The Angel wasn't the one trying to create the rift. Someone else used the Angel to do it. And he changed her to do so. This Angel did not cease to live when we looked at her. Almost as if...'
|
Upon continuing from The Restored Angel:
Upon continuing from Mystery Completed:
Time For A Reward |
---|
The Doctor smiles at you.
He hands you his Sprig Of Celery. 'I used to always carry this around. It was a habit that served me well. Saved me quite a few times from mortal danger! But alas, times change. Here, you can have it!'/ |
Upon selecting an item in Time For A Reward
Gallifreyan Time Watch/Quantum Crystallizer |
---|
'Now this is a nice piece of technology. An ancient Gallifreyan design that will never fail. Use this with care, because time is a wibbly wobbly chaotic ball of dangerous string!'/ 'Temporal events always leave behind energy. This device does what Weeping Angels do: it solidifies the temporal energy, allowing it to be stored and used. Quite nifty, especially if you're a time traveller!'
