Standard Use

• All other living players within 24 spaces of you move 20 spaces away from you. (If on the same space as you, they move backwards.) Also, all of those affected players have their Trick Or Treat skill's cooldown set to 10.

Notes

• Players which are Dead when this item is used do not have their Trick Or Treat skill's cooldown set to 10.

Event Use

• Use against the Demon Eye of the Archaeology Dig.
