Speed

Speed is a number value with the primary purpose of affecting movement performed by rolling in the Roll Phase. A player's total Speed is composed of permanent Speed which isn't passively granted and temporary Speed which is passively granted.

• U.N. Voting Global Effect can grant 1 Speed or -1 Speed to player(s) with various conditions.

Spells

• Acceleration spell grants 1 Speed to all players with a 50% chance to grant 1 additional Speed to the caster.
• On Love's Wings spell grants 1 Speed to the target and grants -1 Speed to the caster.
