Tooltip	Shoot an item from your inventory at a nearby player with a 50% chance to incapacitate them. They will get the item.

Usage

Standard Use

• Choose another item in your inventory. Then, target another player.

• If they are within range: Shoot the chosen item at them if it is in your inventory; they receive the item and have a 50% chance to be incapacitated; this resets this item's Standard Use.
• If they aren't within range: Nothing occurs besides the Slingshot going on cooldown and its Standard Use being reset.

Notes

• The item choice is considered to be a "use" for something like Ethereal Gloves, though it doesn't put the Slingshot on cooldown.
• If the chosen item is not in your inventory, you cannot shoot it; attempting to do so does nothing but put the Slingshot on cooldown and reset its Standard Use.
• Soulbound items can be chosen and shot.
