Usage

Standard Use

• Target another player.

• If they are within range and it's their turn (including if they are Hypnotized): They gain Skip-A-Turn and 2 turns of Red Card Denial. Also, they have a Forced End and go to the Red Card! event.

• Red Card Denial: Passively grants Denied. This effect can be extended.

• If they are within range and it's not their turn: They gain Skip-A-Turn and 2 turns of Red Card Denial. (There is no further effect.)
• If they aren't within range: Nothing occurs besides this item being removed from the game.
