- Upon encountering the Poison subevent normally:
Poison It was Poison! You feel really sick and lose 5 Speed temporarily.

- Upon encountering the Volatile Oil subevent normally:
Volatile Oil It was Volatile Oil! Your insides burn as you scream for help!
You die and set yourself on Fire.

- Upon encountering the Volatile Oil subevent while an Alchemist:
Volatile Oil You smell the burning volatile oil and spit it out! Some of it spilled on your arm so you visit a doctor and skip a turn.

- Upon encountering the Shift Elixir subevent while an Alchemist:
Shift Elixir You smell the Shift Elixir and quickly stop drinking before it takes effect because you are an alchemist!

- Upon choosing [No] in the Shift Elixir subevent while an Alchemist:
No Shift Elixir You throw the Shift Elixir away... Who knows what could have happened...
