Target another player. Give the targeted player a Wildcard: Shops (Pyramid Trap Card) item in a random spot in their inventory, then Blind all players (including yourself).
In-game, this item and its corresponding Neutral Effect have the exact same names and tooltips as the standard Wildcard: Shops. The item will even have you select a shop as you would with a standard Wildcard: Shops.
