Standard Use

• Target any player.

• If they're within range and alive: You give the target Calling Of The Underworld.

• Calling Of The Underworld: If you would have a Resurrection Phase event, you lose this Debuff and go to the Calling Of The Underworld event. This effect cannot stack.

• If they're not within range or are Dead: Nothing occurs besides this item losing a charge.
