Wild Mode: Dystopian Deals is a Global Effect that grants the Webshop skill.

Tooltip
All players gain permanent access to the Dystopian Deals webshop! Buy items from this shop before someone else does! Prices tick down every round though, so... don't be too hasty! All players gain 2 Rupees per turn Rupees are capped at 100 Global Effect

Every player starts the game with a Webshop skill.
During the Round Effects, each player gains 2 Rupees (with a maximum cap of 100 Rupees).

Choose an item to purchase that is available from the Webshop to gain the Dystopian Delivery Neutral Effect connected to a Package containing that item and any other items you purchased before that Package is delivered in your Effects Phase.

Dystopian Delivery: The items you purchased will be delivered during your next Effects Phase.

All items sold in the Webshop initially have their prices set to their Standard shop price plus an additional 0-6(?) Rupees.
All players have the same items to purchase from the Webshop. If a player purchases an item, the item will be replaced with a new one (though it is possible for multiple players to purchase the same item if they attempt to purchase it simultaneously).
Every round the prices for the items tick down by 1-7(?) Rupees to a minimum price of 1 Rupee. Higher priced items will decrease in higher increments to lower priced items, with items costing 8 Rupees or less decreasing by only 1 Rupee per round.
Depending on the amount of players in a game, the amount of item slots showing items available to purchase range from 5 - 16 (i.e single-player game can only see 5 item slots in the Webshop and a 16-player game can see 16 item slots).
