Oh Really? can be reached from being targeted with the O Rly? Owl in a Filled Pocket Ball or from Creature Encounter!. It can also simply be a random event.

This event has a random trivia-esque statement taken from a large pool. The player is questioned about if it's really true; [Ya rly!] functions as yes while [No wai!] functions as no. It has a countdown of 10 seconds for you to answer the question.

If the correct answer to the question is chosen within the 10 seconds, you receive the stated Reward.

The stated Reward can be: 1 permanent Speed, 3 turns of Speed Boost, 4 stacks of the Guardian Buff, 4-20(?) Rupees gained, 4-14(?) spaces forward, or a choice of 1 of 3 items taken from a pool which includes: ACME Magnet, ACME Pogo-Stick, Banana, Boots, Bucket, Coffee, Cow, Diss Card: Death/Ensnare/Knockback/Steal Monies, Fishing Pole, Flask Of Mojo, GHB, Gloves, Gun, Hammer, Holy Water, Hypno Glasses, Lemon, Liquid Luck, any Magic Crystal, Mining Pick, Night Vision Goggles, Parachute, Poison, Potion, Reflective Shades, Relic, Sex Bomb, Shield, Signal Jammer, Space Capacitator, Time Travel Condom, Torch, Useless Valuable, War Helmet, Watermelon, Weed.

If the incorrect answer to the question is chosen or an answer is chosen after 10 seconds have passed, you receive the stated Penalty unless you have the Natural Liar Buff from being a Lawyer.

The stated Penalty can be: -1 permanent Speed, Death, Skip-A-Turn status, 4-9(?) Rupees lost, 5-15(?) spaces backward, AIDS for 5-7(?) turns (non-cubus)/16-19(?) turns (-cubus), a random STD from the generic STD-givers (1) pool, or a random Jinxed Jewel.

Note that AIDS from the the "AIDS" penalty and AIDS from the "random STD" penalty are NOT the same duration.

Using Truth Serum will automatically answer the question correctly (along with activating drinking related effects), and the Reward will be received. (In the case that it's used too slowly, the Truth Serum is not consumed and doesn't take effect.)
The pool of rewards and (almost certainly) the pool of penalties for this event are shared with Questions!? according to the admin Dysprosium.
You can throw a Pocket Ball at the O Rly? Owl instead of answering the question unless it is already in a player's Filled Pocket Ball.

If successful, it is caught. If unsuccessful, you are sent back 10 spaces. Either way, the question's Reward and Penalty aren't applied (even if the Ball is thrown after the countdown hits 0 seconds), and the correct answer isn't shown.

If an answer is chosen (or Truth Serum is used), the owl corresponding to the correct answer is then shown.

If the correct answer to the question is Ya rly!, the player can use their Pocket Ball to capture the Ya Rly Owl unless it is already in a player's Filled Pocket Ball.
If the correct answer to the question is No wai!, the player can use their Pocket Ball to capture the No Wai!!! Owl unless it is already in a player's Filled Pocket Ball.
Note that capturing an owl prevents obtaining the reward if it is a selection of 3 items.
