In-Game Description
Tooltip	Blind all players within 10 spaces behind you, causing them to lose a random learnable feat. In addition, you may command them to either give you a random item, move 10 spaces backwards or skip a turn.

Usage

Standard Use

• Affect all living players 0-10 spaces behind you by Blinding them and making each of them forget and lose a random (learned) Learnable Feat they have. Also, depending on which option you chose, each affected player will either give you a random non-Soulbound item OR move 10 spaces backward OR gain Skip-A-Turn.

Notes

• A passively granted Spell Deflecting Buff is unaffected by Neuralyzer. Supposing a player has a passively granted Spell Deflecting Buff AND has learned Spell Deflecting, they can still "unlearn" the learned portion.

Event Use

• Give to the Damaged Construct of the Archaeology Dig. Counts as 1 item.
• Use against the Big(ger/gest) Golem of the Archaeology Dig.
