Minigames

From Board Game Online Wiki

Minigames are random events that have a possibility of occurring between rounds. All players will receive a message during the Round Effects phase, informing them of a minigame occurring in the next round effects phase, if one will be. It will not state which minigame will take place until that minigame begins. The winner(s) of the minigame will receive the item(s) pictured in the bottom right corner of the minigame screen. If players tie, all winning players will receive the item(s). The items are drawn from the random item-givers pool. If it is Party Time, three items can be won during a minigame. Otherwise, it is only two items. Rocky Rupees is an exception to this as only one item appears in the bottom right corner but the second (and third during Party Time) can potentially be obtained by everyone by breaking an asteroid containing that item.

The goal of this minigame is to click as many balloons that match the design of the larger, bottom middle image as possible while avoiding clicking any that don't. For every correct balloon you click, you gain one point. For every incorrect balloon you click, you lose one point. The player with the most points once the timer runs out wins.

Grave Guesser[edit | edit source]

You will be shown the placement of each for a certain amount of time, then they will all turn into identical graves. Look at the larger, bottom middle image, to determine which of the three you need to find. Then, click the five graves that have the correct image behind them. For every correct grave you click, you gain one point. For every incorrect grave you click, you gain/lose zero points. You may only click five graves per minigame round. There are four minigame rounds. You can view images for Skeleton, Burning Abomination, and Chilling Ghost here.
