In-Game Description
Tooltip Set up a Lure Module on a space within 10 spaces of you. Whenever a player is within 15 spaces of your Lure Module during their turn, they will have an increased chance to encounter a creature that can be caught with your Pocket Ball! The Lure Module lasts 7 turns.

Be careful though… some of these creatures might be dangerous!

Standard Use[edit | edit source]

  • Choose a space 0 to 10 spaces away from you, setting the Module there and beginning a Lure Module Global Effect for a duration of 7 Rounds. (Note that there can be multiple Lure Module effects active at once.)
  • Lure Module: If a player is within a 15 space radius of a set Module at the moment the event queue would be checked, there's a chance for them to have the Creature Encounter! event queued.

  • The Lure Module item is inspired by the item of the same name from the mobile game Pokémon GO (2016). In the game, its usage is similar, attracting wild creatures (Pokémon) to a location.
