This was the most powerful Ring of Archbishop Clementis, who led the war against the corruption of Dystopia. He singlehandedly cleansed half the northern province. May his soul find peace in the light.
Every 3 Rounds, during your Effects Phase (beginning on the 1st Effects Phase this item spends in a player inventory), all other players within a 25-space radius of you gain Faerie Fire, and you gain Faerie Frost.
During each Effects Phase, you gain 2 Rupees. Also, you gain 5-8 Rupees every time you actually click the "Roll streak x#" button on a "Roll Streak x#" page while you are alive in the Roll Phase.
Every 3 Rounds, during your Effects Phase (beginning on the 1st Effects Phase this item spends in a player inventory), all other living players within a 25-space radius of you move back 4-6 spaces, then you move 4-6 spaces forward.
Grants +1 Speed and Deadly Trickery: You have a 25% chance per turn to automatically spawn a random Deadly Illusion in the inventory of another player.

This ring once belonged to Shaco, the Demon Jester. Even though he lost the ring a long time ago, it still holds the trickster's taint.
During each Effects Phase, you have a 25% chance to generate a random Deadly Item in the inventory of a random other player. This generation is not visible to other players in the log.
Gift Of Jumanji: Whenever you would visit The Jungle, the event is replaced with Jumanji. Additionally, this effect queues Jumanji when it is first gained and also has a chance to randomly queue Jumanji at the moment the event queue would be checked in each turn.
There is a bug where the Thorn unqueues its guaranteed Jumanji queue immediately before the event queue is checked if you already have an event queued (excluding Crossroads.) (This includes if you have a delayed queue like with Relic.)
Whenever you die, you gain Blessing Of The Moon until you revive, granting you the ability to use items while dead.
