Usage

Standard Use

• If used during another living player's turn control during or after the Effects Phase: You Hypnotize the player currently in control of the turn; this effect lasts until 1 option has been chosen on the current event page, or there is a Forced End, or you leave the game.
• If used while you have turn control or while the player with turn control is Dead or before the Effects Phase or during Round Effects: You eat this item in order to move 3-5 spaces forward.
