Usage

Standard Use

• If any players are alive and within range: Give them 3 turns of Deadly Poison.
• If any players are dead or aren't within range: Nothing occurs besides this item going on cooldown.

Passive Effect

• This item is Coldblooded:

• If you have the Fire Debuff during your Effects Phase, this item's cooldown is reduced by an extra 5 turns.
• This item gains double the turns of Frozen as a normal item, even if this item is already Frozen previously.
