• PETA "experiment[s] on you" and gives you an STD.
• Zombiepocalyps! (Perverted Corpse version), Perverted Corpse, or Command Undead commanding a Perverted Corpse gives you an STD.
• you are anally probed in The Future's Aliens! subevent.
• The United Nations "shoves a peace treaty up your ass".
• you "have sex" in any Karma Events.
• you do various "things" with a Small Golem or Libido Demon that you already incapacitated with Free Drink, Chloroform, or GHB, or when you do other Libido Demon options not mentioned above.
• you molest your Plumbus (with its standard use.)
