Usage

Standard Use

• Choose one option:

• Target any player.

• If they are on the same space as you (including if you are the target): Shock the target; they become Incapacitated, they have all of their skill cooldowns lowered by 3, and they have 25% Energy restored to all of their Energy-based items and effects.
• If they aren't on the same space as you: Nothing occurs besides this item losing a charge.

• Eat this item in order to move 2-3 spaces forward for each charge left.
