Usage

Standard Use

• If another player that is alive is on your space: Perform a melee attack on a random other living player on your space in order to kill them. Then, if your Cutlass made contact with that player and they are Dead, you steal 4-6 Rupees from them.
• If no other player that is alive is on your space: Nothing occurs besides this item losing 1 charge and going on cooldown.

Notes

• Cutlass is a basic sharp melee weapon.
• See Melee-Triggered Effects for more information on effects like the Rupee theft.
• A basic sharp melee weapon like the Cutlass cannot make contact with a player who is Dead before its melee attack is performed.
• The Rupee theft triggers even if you attack a player with Thick Hide and they die to Cursed Wounds as a result.

• Use against the Demon Eye of the Archaeology Dig.
