In-Game Description
Tooltip	Skip a turn to transport yourself to a location within 20 spaces. You will arrive there in your skipped turn. Alternatively, send an item to another player. It will arrive on that player's next turn.

Usage

Standard Use

• Choose one option:

• Choose a space within 20 spaces of your current location. You gain Skip-A-Turn and a Courier Flap Neutral Effect connected to the chosen space.

• Courier Flap (teleport): During your next Effects Phase, you teleport to the connected space, then this effect wears off.

• Choose another item in your inventory that is not Soulbound to store it inside of this item. Then, target another player; the Courier Flap item and its stored item are both transferred to be stored in a Courier Flap Neutral Effect which you give to the target.

• Courier Flap (send): During your next Effects Phase, the Courier Flap item stored in this effect is returned to the player who gave you this effect, the other item stored in this effect is transferred to your inventory, and this effect wears off.

Notes

• The initial item storage is considered to be a "use" for something like Ethereal Gloves, though it doesn't put the Courier Flap on cooldown.
• When stored inside a Courier Flap (either in the item or the Neutral Effect), an item is treated as being in a non-player inventory.
• If an item stored in the Courier Flap item is somehow removed from it before a target player is selected, the Flap reverts to its original Standard Use (without going on cooldown.)
• If a Courier Flap item stored in a Courier Flap Neutral Effect is removed from the effect before the effect activates (such as due to the Horcrux Buff or Confiscate Evidence), the effect wears off. The other stored item is simply removed from the game (if it is still in the Neutral Effect.)
• If a non-Courier Flap item stored in a Courier Flap Neutral Effect is removed from the effect before the effect activates (such as due to the Horcrux or Gobbo King Buffs), the item is not given when it does activate.

• Feed to the Starving Monster of the Archaeology Dig. Counts as 1 item.
