Tooltip	Drink this to gain Cocaine Cola and a +4 Speed Boost for 4 turns. For every 10 spaces moved, reduce the cooldown of a random skill by 2 turns. If you manage to move 100 spaces with a single Cocaine Cola effect, the effect will be removed and you gain 2 Speed.

Usage

Standard Use

• Drink this item in order to gain 4 turns of the Speed Boost Buff and 4 turns of the Cocaine Cola Buff.

• Cocaine Cola: Each time the amount of spaces you've moved while this effect is active reaches a multiple of 10, the cooldown of a random skill you have is lowered by 2. If you move 100 spaces total while this Buff is active, you gain 2 permanent Speed, and this effect wears off. This effect can be extended.

• If you move 20 spaces at once while Cocaine Cola is active, the cooldown reduction (normally) applies twice. (It does not apply twice if you move 20 spaces at once after the space counter reaches an amount from 90 to 99.)
