Standard Use[edit | edit source]
- If the Chainsaw has at least 25% Gas, spend 25% Gas. Then, one of the following possibilities occurs:
- 5/6 chance:
- 1/6 chance: The Chainsaw backfires, so you die.
- If the Chainsaw does not have at least 25% Gas: The Chainsaw is destroyed (even if it's Unremovable.)
Notes[edit | edit source]
- Chainsaw is a basic sharp melee weapon; if used on a Dead player's space with no other living player, there is flavor text about mutilating a corpse, but the Dead player's Shield is not destroyed.
- Melee-Triggered Effects cannot activate in response to the Chainsaw backfiring.

- Using the Chainsaw while it has 0% Gas can be used as a defense against Confiscate Evidence if you are fine with the Chainsaw being stolen.
