- Once a poisoned Candy Cane leaves the combiner's inventory, the item image and tooltip revert to the standard Candy Cane, though its effect won't revert. This even applies to the combiner if they lose a poisoned Candy Cane and then obtain it again.

Standard Use[edit | edit source]
- If not poisoned: Eat this item and move 4-6 spaces forwards.
- If poisoned: Eat this item and move 1 space back. Also, gain Slowing Poison for 2 turns.
Event Use[edit | edit source]
- Feed to the Starving Monster of the Archaeology Dig. Counts as 1 food item.
- Give to Marceline in Ooo.
