Usage

Passive Effect

• Passively grants Ethereal Soul.
• Whenever you cast a targeting Dark Spell:
  • If the target has no Stormwracked Kilt (or has a Frozen one): You give the target a random Curse from the generic Lesser Curse-givers pool.
  • If the target has a Stormwracked Kilt (that isn't Frozen): You give the target a random Curse from the generic Curse-givers pool.
• When you are targeted by a Dark Spell from any player or in a standard non-player spellcasting event, you gain 2 turns of Slow.
