A Teleportation Device is a random event. (It cannot appear in Expert games.)
In the event, you can choose to receive a Teleporter or to not receive it.

- Upon encounter:
A Teleportation Device You find a Teleporter. 
'Attach device to something or someone and use the controller to instantly teleport back to the device.'
Do you wish to pick up this device?
[Yes][No]
- Upon taking the Teleporter:
Teleporter You pick up the Teleporter and take it with you.
Teleportastic!

- Upon not taking the Teleporter:
No Teleporter You find a Teleporter and you don't take it? Why? WHY?
