Effect

• During each Effects Phase that starts while this effect has more than 1 turn left, randomly either nothing occurs or normally you lose 3 Rupees. (If you would lose Rupees but don't have the required amount of Rupees, instead randomly either you simply have your turn end or you become Incapacitated and have your turn end.)
• During an Effects Phase that starts while this effect has 1 turn left, it simply wears off.
• This effect can be extended, though it can only have a max of 5 turns stored up at once (unless you're a -cubus.)
• This effect cannot wear off if its turn counter is 0 and you are Dead.
