Standard Use[edit | edit source]
- Target another player.
- If they are within range and alive: They gain Smoking A Harmless Cigar.
- Smoking A Harmless Cigar: During your next Effects Phase while you are alive, you and all other players within a 4 space-radius of you are Incapacitated, your turn ends, and you lose the Debuff. Detonation can trigger this same effect (excluding the turn ending) if used while you have this Debuff.
- If they aren't within range or are Dead: Nothing occurs besides losing this item.
